At Sneaky you will see we're a lover of wholefoods and superfoods including; Goji Berries, Beetroot Powder, Turmeric, Cashews, Almonds, Sunflower Seeds, Pepitas, Coconut, Tahini, Medjool Dates, Cacao, Himalayan Salt, Cinnamon and Matcha Powder just to name a few. Wholefoods are “SUPER” because they have an extraordinarily high nutrient profile.
WHAT PROTEIN POWDER DO YOU USE?
We use Cold Temperature Ultra Filtered Whey Protein Isolate. It is a premium high quality soluble protein isolate which is 95% pure protein, filtered from skim milk. It's low in carbohydrates, fats and lactose free. It’s processed at very low temperatures which in return preserves all the essential nutrients unlike most Whey Proteins that are processed at high temperatures which results in the nutrient being lost. Cold Temperature Ultra Filtered Why Protein Isolate is quickly absorbed into the body and used to facilitate lean muscle development and healthy weight loss.
WHAT SWEETENERS DO YOU USE IN YOUR PRODUCTS?
The use dried fruits (dates, blueberries, banana, apple, cranberries) all of which contain natural occurring sugars. We also use coconut nectar, a natural low GI sweetener obtained from the nectar of the coconut palm blossom.
IF I HAVE ALLERGIES, CAN I STILL EAT YOUR PRODUCTS?
Sneaky Wholefoods accepts no liability to any allergic reaction by a consumer as a result of consuming a Sneaky Wholefoods product; all products are prepared in the same facility so allergy prone ingredients may still be present. It is the consumer’s responsibility to refer to the nutritional information and ingredients of each product before purchase/ consumption.

IS THERE ANY CHANCE OF FINDING HARD BITS IN YOUR PRODUCTS?
We take care in hand making all our products. Whilst all care has been taken, due to the nature of producing products made from all natural products, especially products with nuts and dates: date pits/ date pit fragments and/or nutshell may remain. Please chew our products with care
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT LOOKS OR TASTES DIFFERENT FROM THE PREVIOUS ONE I'VE HAD?
Due to seasonal variances of the natural ingredients we used the texture, taste and appearance may/will vary throughout the year.
HOW DO I STORE MY PRODUCTS?
Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight (5c-21c). To prolong shelf life alternatively store in the refrigerator (4c-6c)
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We use PayPal as our primary payment provider for all online orders; PayPal supports credit card payments without a PayPal account enabling even the simplest once off transaction.

At present Sneaky Wholefoods ships and services to Australian and New Zealand residents Nation wide.
IMPORT AND CUSTOM CHARGES TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Sneaky Wholefoods cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package by your local customs. Any outstanding customs charges or import duties must be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for these charges. Customs charges or import duties are not included in the price of your items ordered. Sneaky Wholefoods cannot tell you what the cost will be as customs policies and charges can vary from country to country.
If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the couriers may return the items back to Sneaky Wholefoods In the event that this happens, you will be refunded for your order once it is received back to our facility, excluding the cost you paid for shipping as this aspect of your order was fulfilled.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
If your order is placed by 2pm Mon - Fri it will be dispatched the following business day (unless stated otherwise), If orders are placed later than this it may not be dispatched until 2 business days later. We use Australia Post / Toll for all orders. Estimated shipment time frame is between 2-5 day business days (within Australia) and 5-7 business days (within New Zealand), however at certain times of the year it can go beyond this due to high volumes of deliveries. We recommend allowing up to 10 business days for deliveries.
WHAT HAPPEN IF I DON'T RECIEVE MY ORDER?
Should you claim that you have not received your parcel within 7 days of it being due to arrive at your door a proof of delivery investigation will be ordered by us with Australia Post / Toll to determine the location and whereabouts of the parcel. If after this investigation it has been determined that Australia Post / Toll is at fault a full refund or replacement order will be given to you.
Sneaky is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders and to personalize your shopping experience with us; that is all.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND PRODUCT REPLACEMENT POLICY?
Sneaky Wholefoods will give a full unconditional refund on the price of any product purchased (exclusive of postage) when the product is returned to us in original condition (un-open). Customers must notify Sneaky Wholefoods if they have received an incorrect product, missing a product or have received a faulty product within 24 hours of delivery by phone or email.
Missing product items will be shipped on the next available business day. Any faulty items must be returned for Sneaky Wholefoods to review, faulty products will be replaced.
Sneaky will not commence processing your refund or exchange until the returned goods are received. Returns will only be accepted by Sneaky Wholefoods if they are sent by prepaid parcel post only.
A refund can only be made to the credit card used to make the purchase and will be for the product only.
Failure to comply with these policies will result in no replacement product, no refund or no credit.
