YOU WILL NEED:
1 mixing bowl, spoon, rolling pin, baking paper, 2 tbsp rice malt syrup, 1 tbsp liquid coconut oil, 30g dark chocolate (melted)
METHOD:
1. Pour dry mix into bowl
2. Add Rice Malt Syrup and Coconut Oil.
3. Mix thoroughly
4. Pour mixture in between 2 sheets of baking paper and roll into a rectangle shape 1cm thick
5. Place in fridge or freezer for to set
6. Cut into 5 even pieces
7. Drizzle melted chocolate over bars and allow to set.
8. Enjoy!
