Cherry Fudge Brownies

Makes 12


150 ml milk

150g almond meal

60g dark chocolate (melted)


Pre-heat oven to 180c

  1. In a large mixing bowl place Cherry Liquorice Cacao dry mix, almond meal, milk and melted chocolate.

  2. Mix thoroughly.

  3. Pour batter evenly into lined loaf tin.

  4. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until slightly firm.

  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool before cutting into 12 even pieces.

  6. Sprinkle with extra cacao powder if inclined and enjoy!

Try: Adding in 50g of frozen cherries or 50g of dark chocolate chucks to make it even more luscious and fudgy
