Reaching for a delicious, indulgent and healthy treat has never been so easy. This fudge is basically a "throw it all in a bowl and microwave it" kind of recipe. It's smooth, fudgy and has a little crunch from almonds and the buckinis in our Coffee Maple Crunch Better Being Blend. Each piece is also bursting with sweetness, salty and obviously rich from the chocolate, making them a irresistible treat.
200g Smooth Nut Butter
100g Chocolate, melted
50g Maple Syrup
30g Coffee Maple Crunch Better Being Blend
10g Crushed Almonds
In a microwave safe bowl or stove-top, melt your nut butter with chocolate. Stir through your syrup and mix until fully incorporated.
Fold through your Better Being Blend and almonds
Pour batter into a lined tin and flatten down to your desired thickness.
Sprinkle Sea Salt on top.
Set in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours, before cutting into 12 pieces.
Serve chilled and keep frozen / refrigerated.
