I thought I was one of the only weirdos that loved liquorice, until I came across Steph McDonald and her Cherry Liquorice Cacao Better Being Blend. So I had to recreate one of my favourite treats and you'll not believe how easy it is to make! Here is my take on Chocolate Liquorice Bullets.

INGREDIENTS:
100g Cherry Liquorice Cacao Better Being Blend
2x 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
50g Dark Chocolate, melted
METHOD:
In a mixing bowl combine Cherry Liquorice Cacao blend, rice malt syrup and 1/2 Tbsp of melted coconut and mix until a sticky mixture is formed.
Roll into small little logs and place them on a line tray in the fridge to harden.
In a microwave safe dish, melt chocolate and stir through 1/2 Tbsp melted coconut oil.
Coat logs in chocolate and put back in the fridge to set for 10-15 minutes.
Enjoy.
