4 Ingredient Fudge Brownie

Here is one of our favourite recipes made using our Blends - you really can’t go wrong when all you need to do is throw everything into one bowl, bake and devour.


Even better, these brownies are packed full of nutritious ingredients (mainly from our Blend), they’re gluten free but whole-heartedly fudgy, can be made with added protein if desired, and are the ultimate way to say “I love you” to your significant other.





INGREDIENTS:


METHOD:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.

  2. In a large mixing bowl place Cherry Liquorice Cacao dry mix, almond meal, milk and melted chocolate.

  3. Mix thoroughly.

  4. Pour batter evenly into lined loaf tin.

  5. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until slightly firm.

  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool before cutting into 12 even pieces.

  7. Sprinkle with extra cacao powder, top with ice cream and enjoy!
