Caramel Choc Chip Cookie Donuts

Looking for a donut that has speckles of dried banana throughout, but also tastes like choc chip cookie, this donut is for you.


It's high in protein, thanks to the addition of vanilla protein and yoghurt, with a nutty banana bread flavour hit. And better yet, your imagination can go wild with all the toppings you want!




INGREDIENTS:


Donuts

50g Vanilla Protein Powder

100g Yoghurt

1 tsp Baking Powder,

½ tsp Baking Soda


Icing:

Choc chip cookies, for decoration


METHOD:


Preheat oven to 180°C and line a cookie tray

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until combined into a batter.

  2. Pour batter across a donut (or muffin) tin, and bake for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool

  3. In a small saucepan melt chocolate chips. Once melted dip one side of the donuts into the chocolate. Top with crushed choc chip cookes and allow to set

  4. Enjoy!
