Looking for a way to use up some of the truckloads of Easter eggs you got this year?!
I'm calling this.... Caramilk Cookie Dough Crunch. Thank me later.
INGREDIENTS:
5x Caramilk mini eggs, or solid mini egg of choice
1/2 cup Rice Puffs
1 Block of your favourite choc, melted
1 Tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
METHOD:
Roughly chop the chocolate eggs and cookie dough bar, set aside
In a microwave safe dish, add the block of chocolate and coconut oil and microwave for 30 second intervals until melted
Add the protein powder to the meted choc and stir until well combined
Mix through the rice puffs, Easter eggs and cookie dough bar
Pour mixture into a lined tray and put in the fridge to set
Cut into chunks and enjoy!
