Is it a Banana Bread or is it a Carrot Cake?🥕

Ingredients:
1 Cup Wholemeal SR Flour
1/2 Cup Carrot Pineapple Spice Better Being Blend
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 Large Bananas, mashed + extra for the top
1 Large Carrot, grated
1/2 Cup Milk of Choice
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Nuttelex or Coconut Oil
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
Method:
Preheat fan forced oven to 180C and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients one at a time, mixing well to combine.
Pour into the lined loaf tin and bake for 60- 70 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
Allow to cool before cutting and storing in the fridge.
* This can also be frozen in individual portions for later on!
