INGREDIENTS:
100g Carrot Pineapple Spice Better Being Blend
40g Pitted Dates
¼ cup Raw Cashews
¼ cup XO Crunch Chocolate Cereal – Freedom Foods
1- 2 tbsp. Maple Syrup
METHOD:
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until well combined.
Scoop mixture onto a parchment lined chopping board - the mixture can be quite sticky.
Roll into 6 evenly sized balls.
Place in the refrigerator to set.

To Note:
Start with 1 tbsp. of Maple Syrup and adjust depending how moist your mixture looks & feels.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
You can easily double this mixture to make more.
