Cherry Choc Rice Cakes

Whip these three ingredients from your pantry and make yourself a quick and easy snack for the rest of the working week.


8 plain rice cakes

150g dark chocolate

100g Cherry Liquorice Cacao Better Being Blend honeycomb


  1. Place Better Being Blend into a wide bowl.

  2. Melt chocolate in a wide microwavable bowl (in 30 second intervals).

  3. Once chocolate is melted dip rice cake into chocolate and then dip into Better Being Blend to coat.

  4. Place on lined tray, repeat until all rice cakes are dipped and coated.

  5. Set in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Try creating multiple flavours with white or milk chocolate and the other Better Being Blend flavours in the collection.
