Chewy Salted Caramel Cookie Granola Bars

Here’s a meal-prep friendly recipe that only takes 5-10 minutes to make.

And only requires our Banana Caramel Cookie Better Being Base and four other ingredients that are most likely waiting for you in your pantry at home.



INGREDIENTS:

100g Traditional Oats

120g Smooth Peanut or Almond Butter

70g Maple Syrup or Honey

70g inclusions of choice - nuts, choc chips, dried fruit, coconut etc.


Optional: drizzle of melted chocolate


METHOD:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until a batter forms.

  2. Press batter firmly into a lined loaf or brownie tin and freeze until firm, around 2-3 hours

  3. Cut into 8 even-sized bars and serve.

* Keep refrigerated for up to a week, and frozen for up to a month.
