Choc Chip Banana Muffins


INGREDIENTS

20g oat flour or flour of choice

100g banana, mashed

100g Salted Banana Caramel Better Being Blend

50g vanilla pea protein powder or almond meal

1 large eggs, whisked

150ml almond milk

40g dark or milk choc chips

1 tsp baking powder


METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180C

  2. Blend banana, egg, pea protein, almond milk and oats in a blender until combined into a smooth batter

  3. Pour into a mixing bowl and fold through Blend, choc chips and baking powder

  4. Pour batter across a greased muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes

  5. Allow to cool before serving.

  6. Enjoy!
