Choc Top Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Cups, using none other then our Vanilla Cookie Dough Choc Chip Better Being Bar
ā£INGREDIENTSā£
4 tbsp Crunchy Peanut Butterā£
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
60g Dark Chocolateā£
2 tsp Coconut Oilā£

METHOD
Cut each bar into 3 pieces and press into the base of a 6-hole silicone muffin tray, until nice and even.
In a small bowl mix maple syrup and peanut butter together, evenly spoon over base of cups.
In a small pot, melt dark chocolate with coconut oil over a low heat. Stir until well combined and pour over peanut butter layer.
Place in fridge to set for 30 minutes.
