METHOD

  1. Cut each bar into 3 pieces and press into the base of a 6-hole silicone muffin tray, until nice and even.

  2. In a small bowl mix maple syrup and peanut butter together, evenly spoon over base of cups.

  3. In a small pot, melt dark chocolate with coconut oil over a low heat. Stir until well combined and pour over peanut butter layer.

  4. Place in fridge to set for 30 minutes.
