Chunky ‘Nutella’ Granola (GF, V)




INGREDIENTS


2 x Hazelnut Fudge Brownie Better Being Bars, cut into chunks

50g chocolate pea protein powder

80g traditional or GF oats

70g honey, maple syrup (sugar free or regular) or sticky sweetener of choice

60g nut butter

1tbsp cacao powder


OPTIONAL INCLUSIONS

Extra choc chips, nuts, coconut flakes, dried fruit, chia seeds


METHOD


1. Preheat oven to 180°C

2. To a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and stir to combine.

3. Scatter mixture onto a lined baking tray and place in the oven.

4. Bake for 5-10 minutes, or until golden brown.

5. Allow to cool completely before serving.


NOTE: Allow the mixture to cool before eating/storing to ensure the pieces get crunchy!


STORAGE: Store in an airtight jar/container for up to 2 weeks
