Coffee Maple Crackle Slice

This recipe is the perfect mix of textures. With the fudgy-ness of chocolate and maple and crunchiness of puffed rice... we promise it's going to start a party in your mouth.

And if you're needing a little boost of energy it's infused with a delicate hint of coffee using our Coffee Maple Crunch Better Being Blend


100g Coffee Maple Crunch Better Being Blend 200g Dark Chocolate Chips 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 tbsp Maple Syrup 2 cups Puffed Rice

Extra: 50g Dark Chocolate, melted


  1. Add maple syrup and coconut oil to a saucepan and stir over low heat until the coconut oil has melted and the mixture comes together (bring to a simmer only). Remove from the heat.

  2. Add dark chocolate chips to the saucepan and whisk until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.

  3. In a large mixing bowl place puffed rice and carefully pour the chocolate mixture over the top. Stir to combine.

  4. Line a 20cmx20cm square tin and pour mixture in and evenly spread out. Top with a chocolate drizzle (extra melted chocolate) and place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours to set.

  5. Cut slice into 9 pieces and enjoy.
