INGREDIENTS
100g Coffee Maple Crunch Better Being Blend
200g Dark Chocolate Chips
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
2 cups Puffed Rice
Extra: 50g Dark Chocolate, melted
METHOD
Add maple syrup and coconut oil to a saucepan and stir over low heat until the coconut oil has melted and the mixture comes together (bring to a simmer only). Remove from the heat.
Add dark chocolate chips to the saucepan and whisk until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
In a large mixing bowl place puffed rice and carefully pour the chocolate mixture over the top. Stir to combine.
Line a 20cmx20cm square tin and pour mixture in and evenly spread out. Top with a chocolate drizzle (extra melted chocolate) and place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours to set.
Cut slice into 9 pieces and enjoy.
