I love simple and healthy treats and it really doesn't get much simpler using the Better Being Blends
1 1/2 cups of dense pitted dates (fresh dates are best)
1 cup dry roasted almonds, finely cut/crumbled
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together with your hands 9hands work best) until you get a dense, fudge dough like texture.
Roll into small balls and place on a tray.
Enjoy immediately or allow to chill in the fridge to become a little more dense.
