Cookie Dough Biscuit Cups

The perfect after dinner bites for the whole family. Created using Vanilla Cookie Dough Choc Chip Better Being Bars, Dark Chocolate Chips from our pantry collection and crushed gluten free cookies. Super quick to make.





INGREDIENTS


2 Vanilla Cookie Dough Choc Chip Better Being Bars, crumbled

125g Dark Chocolate Chips, melted

4 Gluten Free Choc Chip Cookies, crushed


METHOD

  1. Using a mini silicon muffin tray, place even amounts of the crumbled cookie dough bar into the base of 6 muffin holes. firmly press down mix to create a flat surface.

  2. Combine melted chocolate and crushed cookies into a medium mixing bowl and stir together until cookies are completely covered in chocolate.

  3. Spoon mixture evenly on top of base.. Tap tray.

  4. Place tray into refrigerator for 1 hour to set.

  5. Remove from molds and enjoy.
