Cookies & Cream Peppermint Ice-cream Pops

Reach in your freezer for your favourite vanilla ice-cream and grab yourself a couple of our newest Peppermint Cacao Crunch Super Bites and we'll tell you how to whip these FRESH AS MINT ice-cream pops up in under 5 minutes + freeze time.


YOU WILL NEED:

Food Processor

Icy Pole / Ice-cream Mould (to make 5)

INGREDIENTS:

400g Vanilla Ice-cream, semi melted

2 x 45g Peppermint Cacao Crunch Super Bites


METHOD:

  1. In a food processor blitz super bites together until it forms a cookie crumb like texture

  2. Add in semi frozen ice-cream and pulse 3 -4 times until the crumb and ice- cream slightly combine.

  3. Pour mixture evenly throughout 5 moulds. To remove any air bubbles, bang mould down on bench softly.

  4. Place Ice-cream stick in the middle / top and place in freezer for 4 hours.

  5. Remove ice-creams from moulds and serve.
