YOU WILL NEED:
Food Processor
Icy Pole / Ice-cream Mould (to make 5)
INGREDIENTS:
400g Vanilla Ice-cream, semi melted
METHOD:
In a food processor blitz super bites together until it forms a cookie crumb like texture
Add in semi frozen ice-cream and pulse 3 -4 times until the crumb and ice- cream slightly combine.
Pour mixture evenly throughout 5 moulds. To remove any air bubbles, bang mould down on bench softly.
Place Ice-cream stick in the middle / top and place in freezer for 4 hours.
Remove ice-creams from moulds and serve.
