  • 2 cups puffed rice cereal

  • 200g chocolate, melted (dark, milk, or white chocolate, according to preference)

  • 50ml coconut oil

  • Chopped speckled Easter eggs (or any Easter-themed candy or sprinkles)

  1. 1. Line a tray with parchment paper.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice cereal and Dark Chocolate Chip Brownie Better Being Base. Mix them together until well combined.

  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in short bursts, stirring in between until smooth. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate using a double boiler.

  4. 4. Once the chocolate is melted, add the coconut oil to it and stir until fully combined. The coconut oil helps in thinning the chocolate and giving a smooth texture.

  5. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the puffed rice and brownie mixture. Stir well until all the puffed rice is coated with chocolate.

  6. Spoon the chocolate-coated puffed rice mixture into the prepared tray, making sure you lick the spoon and bowl clean!

  7. Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle the chopped speckled Easter eggs (or other Easter-themed decorations) over the top

  8. Place in the refrigerator and allow the chocolate crackle to set for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.

  9. Once set, remove from tray and cut into pieces

These chocolate crackles are perfect for Easter celebrations and are sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike!
