INGREDIENTS:
DOUGH
25g Smoked Corn & Hemp or Herbed Pumpkin Better Being Blend
15g GF flour or flour of choice
40g Greek yoghurt or firm-style non-dairy yoghurt of choice
1/2 tsp instant yeast
TOPPINGS (suggestions only)
40g pizza sauce
20g vegan cheese
Vegies - roasted pumpkin/sweet potato, rocket

METHOD
Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix together Better Being Blend and flour.
Slowly fold through the yeast and yoghurt until a dough starts to form.
With your hands, mould the dough into a mini pizza base and place on baking paper.
Top with desired toppings and place pizza in the oven.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from oven, slice and serve.
