Frozen Salted Banana & Caramel Yoghurt Bark

YOU'LL BE 'BARK'ING mad not to give this Frozen Salted Banana & Caramel Yoghurt Bark a go. Melted peanut butter poured over salted caramel yoghurt, topped with banana chips, dark chocolate & Salted Banana Caramel Better Being Blends and frozen. They make for the perfect frozen treat as the weather warms up


  • 3 x 150g tubs Salted Caramel yoghurt

  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter, melted slightly

  • 1/2 cup Salted Banana Caramel Blend

  • 1/2 cup Banana Chips, roughly chopped

  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips


  1. 1Line a large tray with baking paper.

  2. Spoon the yoghurt evenly over the lined tray and smooth the surface until ~1/2cm thick.

  3. Drizzle melted peanut butter over the yoghurt and sprinkle the blend, banana chips and chocolate chips on top.

  4. Place in the freezer for 3 hours or until firm.

  5. Remove from the freezer and transfer bark onto a clean work surface to cut into pieces.

Enjoy, immediately!
