Frozen Yoghurt Loaded Bark

I've been craving something new and different for dessert the last month and thanks to @twogoodau & our Blueberry Cashew Whey Super Bar, I whipped myself up a quick and convenient dessert which took only 5 minutes to prepare.



INGREDIENTS:


Base:

3 x 150g Mixed Berry @twogoodau yoghurt


Toppings:

1/2 cup Diced Strawberries, fresh or frozen

1/4 cup frozen Blueberries

1/4 cup Banana Chips, roughly chopped

1/4 cup White Chocolate Chips

1 Blueberry Cashew Whey Super Bar


METHOD:

  1. Line a large tray with baking paper.

  2. Spoon the yoghurt evenly over the lined tray and smooth the surface until ~1/2cm thick.

  3. Top yoghurt with all the toppings.

  4. Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours or until firm.

  5. Remove from the freezer and transfer bark onto a clean work surface to cut into pieces.

  6. Enjoy, immediately!

* Store in an airtight container in the freezer
