Fluffy marshmallows, crunchy sprinkles, and chunks of our White Choc Funfettii Birthday Cake Better Being Bar coated in melted chocolate it's as simple as that.
It's a complete party in a bite sized form and can be easily personalized with your favourite sweets.
350g dark or milk chocolate
100g inclusions (white choc chips, sprinkles, marshmallows, lollies)
Melt chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water. Stir until silky smooth.
Pour in all inclusions and the Better Being Bars until evenly combined.
Pour this mixture into a cupcake tray or lined loaf tin.
Place in the freezer to set for at least 1 hour.
If you used a loaf tin, slice into 8-12 large pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. Serve.
