Back when we were kids on school holidays, cornflake cookie were a staple at Grandma's & Grandad's, but now we're adults (more like big kids) ourselves we turned them up a notch with white chocolate, rainbow sprinkles and our Banana Caramel Cookie Better Being Base

INGREDIENTS
100g White Chocolate, melted
1 cup Cornflakes
1/2 cup Banana Caramel Cookie Better Being Base
1/4 cup Rainbow Sprinkles
1/2 cup SR Flour
1/4 cup milk of choice
METHOD
Preheat Oven to 180c or 160c fan-forced
In a large mixing bowl place; melted white chocolate, Cornflakes, base mix, flour and milk. Stir to combine ingredients.
Fold through rainbow sprinkles.
Using an ice-cream scooper, scoop cookie batter onto a lined baking tray 3cm apart, flatten slightly.
Bake in oven for about 20 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool cookies on tray.
