If you have one bowl, one spoon and our Dark Choc Chip Brownie Better Being Base you can have a rich, decadent brownie loaded with choc chips and walnuts.
Feel free to multiply this recipe out if you want to make multiple mini brownies like I did too!
INGREDIENTS:
80g Yoghurt of choice
20g Dark or Milk chocolate, melted
10g Crushed Walnuts
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 180c
In a mixing bowl, combine base mix and baking powder.
Fold through melted chocolate and yoghurt until a smooth batter forms.
Mix through walnuts.
Pour the batter into a single serve greased/lined ramekin or mug.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until slightly golden brown.
Serve immediately for a warm brownie, or allow to cool before serving.
