Minty Choc Cheesecake Bites - Frozen Delight

We've teamed up our Peppermint Cacao Crunch Super Bites with a Yoghurt that's "TWO GOOD" not to share with a twist of cream cheese and cacao to create mini cheesecake bites that will leave you saying....."They're MINT!"





You will need:

large ice cube tray (to make 6-8 bites)

Bowls

Whisk


Ingredients:


Biscuit Layer:

3 Sneaky Wholefoods Peppermint Cacao Crunch Super Bites


Cream Layer:

1 1/2 Pots of Two Goods Vanilla Yoghurt

50g Cream Cheese, softened


Chocolate Layer:

1 1/2 Pots of Two Goods Vanilla Yoghurt

50g Cream Cheese, softened

1-2 tbsp Cacao Powder


Method:

  1. Crumble all 3 Super Bites into a bowl.

  2. Spoon mixture evenly throughout ice cube molds and firmly press down.

  3. In a small bowl whisk together yoghurt and cream cheese until smooth and light, again spoon mixture evenly throughout ice cube molds. Bang out any air bubbles, by giving the tray a few small taps.

  4. Repeat step 4, but add the additional cacao powder to the mix.

  5. Set in freezer for 2-3 hours

  6. Remove from molds and enjoy.

  7. Store any remaining bites in an airtight container
