A delicious, brownie like doughnut infused with rich coffee, dipped in a coconut white chocolate glaze. These baked Mocha Double Choc Brownie Doughnuts are the best way to get your morning caffeine fix or your afternoon pick-me-up!

INGREDIENTS
Doughnuts:
125g Dark Chocolate Chips
85g butter
3 tsp instant coffee granules
1 pk Dark Choc Chip Brownie Better Being Base
1 small banana (80g)
1/4 SR Flour
1/4 Milk of choice
Glaze:
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Grease a 12 hole dough-nut tray
Place butter, coffee and chocolate in a small saucepan, melt over low heat.
Remove saucepan from heat and mash banana into mix
Stir in base mix, flour and milk until a thick cake batter forms
Spoon mixture into 8-10 holes, tap tray and smooth tops for even baking.
Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before removing.
Melt white chocolate chips and coconut together. Dip each doughnut in glaze and allow to set in refrigerator before snacking on them.
