200g Dark Chocolate Chip Better Being Base
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
4 tbsp Almond Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
White Chocolate Topping:
100g White Chocolate
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tbsp Beetroot Powder / Beetroot Latte Powder
* You can use a ice cube tray/ mold or roll brownie mix into balls
In a food processor blend together base mix, maple syrup, coconut oil and milk and blend until mixture comes together to form a dough like form..
Evenly divide or roll mix to make 10 bites (if you use a ice cube tray, firmly press mixture down to ensure they hold their shape)
Place in fridge or freezer for to set for 30 minutes.
Melt white chocolate and slowly stir in coconut oil and beetroot powder until white chocolate turns pink.
Remove bites out of the fridge/freezer and dip the tops of them in the chocolate - set a side and allow the white chocolate to harden.
