Raw Cherry Liquorice Hot Cross Bun Bites

Hot Cross Buns with a twist, well... more like a blend. These little raw buns are made using our Cherry Liquorice Cacao Better Being Blends, plus 4 other ingredients that may already be in your pantry.


Yes, these are not your traditional hot cross buns but, seeing we are grown ups we decided that we would make and enjoy our own Easter creations.



2 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp rice malt syrup


100g white chocolate

20g whey protein isolate


  1. Blend Better Being Blend, coconut oil and rice malt syrup until mixture comes together.

  2. Divide mix between 8 cube moulds

  3. Set in refrigerator until firm, remove from mould.

  4. Melt Chocolate.

  5. Whisk protein into melted chocolate until smooth.

  6. Transfer into a small piping bag and squeeze mixture over buns to make a cross on each bun.

  7. Refrigerate and allow to set
