30g Gingerbread Cookie Better Being Base @sneaky_wholefoods
15g peanut or almond butter
30g yoghurt of choice
100g vanilla Greek OR non-dairy yoghurt
50g cream cheese or vegan cream cheese
20g vanilla protein powder
1tsp natural sweetener e.g Natvia
Melted Biscoff or crushed gingerbread cookies made using our Gingerbread Cookie Better Being Base!
To two large bowls, add all ingredients for each layer to their respective bowl and stir to combine.
Mould the base mixture with your hand, and press firmly into a ramekin or mini bowl.
The top layer should be creamy and thick. Pour this over the base layer.
Bake at 180C in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or microwave for 1 minute intervals until baked. Serve warm or allow to chill in the fridge before serving. Enjoy!
