Snowy Choc Chip Brownie Cookies

Crunchy on the outside, fudgy on the inside, these Snow coated cookies have been created with chocolate lovers with a nourishing combination of ingredients, including our Dark Choc chip Brownie Better Being Base. These cookies will have Santa asking, "Who stole the cookies from the cookie jar?



INGREDIENTS:


1 pk Dark Choc Chip Brownie Better Being Base

50g Coconut Sugar

1/3 cup Plain Flour

1 tsp Baking powder

110g Almond Butter

1/3 cup Almond Milk

1 tsp Vanilla

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 cup icing sugar for coating


METHOD:


  1. In a large mixing bowl combine all wet ingredients; almond butter, almond milk & vanilla, whisk until well combine

  2. add sugar and baking powder, salt and Base Mix and mix with a spoon until the mixture comes together to form a dough like appearance. you may want to use your hands for this step!

  3. In a small mixing bowl place icing sugar - put aside

  4. using about 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough at a time roll dough into balls and place in bowl with icing sugar. Roll dough balls around until each is coated evenly with icing sugar

  5. Arrange them on the baking sheet with about 2 inches in between each. Using a fork slightly flatten each cookie.

  6. Bake in oven for 12 - 15 minutes.

  7. Upon removing from oven allow cookies cool on the baking tray for 5 - 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
