What's better then a brownie? A brownie donut with chocolate icing, sprinkles and colourful Easter eggs! It's a "hole" circle of fun.

INGREDIENTS
Donuts:
200g Dark Chocolate Brownie Better Being Base
120g Greek yoghurt or yoghurt of choice
50g oats ground into a flour or flour of choice
1 egg, whisked
40-60ml milk of choice, add as needed to thin batter
1 tsp baking powder
50g choc chips or Easter eggs
Icing:
150g chocolate, melted
Sprinkles
Specked eggs
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a large mixing bowl, combine Base, oat flour and baking powder
Whisk through the yoghurt, egg and milk, and mix to combine into dry ingredients.
Fold through any optional chocolate chips or Easter eggs
Pour batter evenly across 5 donut holes.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool completely before dipping in melted chocolate and decorating.
Place in the freezer to set.
