Strawberries and Cream Rocky Road

With less then 10 minutes of hands-on time you can have a homemade gift that doesn't come much easier then this.

Simply combine melted white chocolate with marshmallows, crushed nuts, lollies and chucks of our Strawberry White Chocolate Better Being Bar, set, cut and share with Mum.


250g white chocolate

200g inclusions; marshmallows, soft lollies, dried fruit, crushed nuts

1 tsp beetroot powder/ beetroot latte powder


  1. Melt chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water. Stir until silky smooth.

  2. Stir in red food dye until smooth and pink in colour.

  3. Pour in nuts, marshmallows, Better Being Bars and any extra inclusions and stir until evenly combined.

  4. Pour this mixture into a lined loaf tin or tray and use a wooden spoon to press the mixture down - the more pressure the better to make it compact!

  5. Place in the freezer to set for at least 1 hour.

  6. Slice into 8-12 large pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. Serve.
