This easy no bake white Christmas recipe is our delicious twist on a classic Christmas dessert.
With white chocolate, crunchy puffed rice and our Strawberry White Chocolate Blondie, it makes a pretty addition to any Christmas dessert table.
2 Strawberry White Chocolate Blondie Better Being Bars, crumbled 125 ml coconut oil 1 cup desiccated coconut 150g white chocolate 2-3 cups puffed rice 200g plant based condensed milk 2 tbsp dragon fruit / beetroot powder
Line a 20x20cm slice pan with baking paper or desired muffin tray.
In a small saucepan combine condensed milk, coconut oil and white chocolate. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth.
In a large bowl combine better being bar, coconut and puffed rice cereal. Add the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
Spoon mixture into pan and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Cut into small or large square pieces to serve.
