The Bliss Ball 5 - Banana & Peanut Butter Choc Chip Bliss Balls

All you need is five ingredients and five minutes to mix & roll them up


100g Almond Meal

50g Peanut Butter

3-4 tbsp Mylk

50g Choc Chips


  1. In a mixing bowl stir together blend & almond meal until evenly mixed together.

  2. Pour in milk, syrup & peanut and using a fork stir, press, stir, repeat until mixture binds together (or if you like to get a little messy, use your hands)..

  3. Fold through choc chips.

  4. Using hands roll mix into evenly sized balls.1.

* Store in refrigerator

* Recipe make ~ 8-10 bliss balls
