One recipe, 2 different snacks. Dark chocolate for Freckle Slice or white chocolate for Funfetti Fudge. Which on would you chose?
INGREDIENTS
Slice or Fudge:
100g Vanilla flavoured Greek yoghurt or yoghurt of choice
200g melted chocolate (choose white or dark chocolate)
60g vanilla pea or whey protein powder
40g crushed speckled eggs
Sprinkles
Toppings:
Speckled eggs + more sprinkles
METHOD:
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for the fudge thoroughly until a thick batter forms.
Press firmly into a slice mould, silicon cup tray or loaf tin.
Add toppings
Freeze for at least 3-4 hours until set.
Remove from mould / tin
Serve chilled
*If you've created the Freckle Slice, cut into even slices
