INGREDIENTS
1 packet Cherry Liquorice Cacao Better Being Blend
150 ml milk of choice
150g chocolate pea protein OR almond meal
80g berries
60g dark chocolate (melted)
40g milk chocolate chips
30g white chocolate melted, for drizzling on top
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl place Cherry Liquorice Cacao dry mix, almond meal, milk and melted chocolate.
Mix thoroughly.
Gently fold through chocolate chips and berries
Pour batter evenly into lined loaf tin.
Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until slightly firm.
Remove from oven and allow to cool
Drizzle melted white chocolate on top, cut into 12 pieces and serve!
