INGREDIENTS
2 x Strawberry White Choc Blondie Better Being Bars, cut into chunks
100g ground oats or flour of choice
250g greek yoghurt
30g vanilla pea protein
30ml almond milk
70g raspberries
2tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 180°C
In a large mixing bowl, combine oat flour, pea protein and baking powder.
Pour in the yoghurt and milk, and mix thoroughly to combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
Gently fold through the Better Being Bar chunks, and berries until mixed evenly throughout the batter.
Pour batter into a lined loaf or brownie tin
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into 12 squares.
Serve.
