There's something about biting into a frosted chocolate sprinkle donut that immediately takes you on a journey of pure bliss and indulgence. The moist and fudgy dough melts in your mouth and the rich chocolate flavour complemented by the sweet and crunchy sprinkles creates a heavenly and satisfying sensation.
As you take another bite the frosting clings to your lips and the tiny sprinkles crunch between your teeth leaving you with an unexplainable craving for another bite and then another.

INGREDIENTS
DONUTS
40g chocolate pea protein powder
2 x Chocolate Sprinkle Cookie Dough Better Being Bars
80g oats ground into a flour or flour of choice
250g yoghurt of choice
60g dark choc chips
20-40ml milk of choice, add as needed to thin batter
1 tsp baking powder
ICING
200g chocolate, melted
20g chocolate pea protein powder
Sprinkles
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a donut tray pan
In a medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients into a smooth batter.
Pour batter across the donut tray (6 donuts) and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
While donuts cool, lets make the icing; for the icing, mix melted chocolate with protein. Stir until well combined and smooth.
Dip each cooled donut in the icing, add sprinkles and place in fridge or freezer to set before serving.
Keep chilled.
