Chocolate Sprinkle Frosted Brownies

These brownies are perfect for parties or just a sweet snack. They are fudgy chocolaty and have a burst of fun sprinkles in every bite with chunks of chocolate cookie dough mixed throughout. The frosting is rich and creamy and adds the perfect finishing touch to these delicious brownies.

Plant Based Gluten Free Brownies
Chocolate Sprinkle Cookie Dough Brownies

INGREDIENTS


BROWNIES

120g oats, blended into flour

200g Greek yoghurt or yoghurt of choice

100ml almond milk

100g dark/milk chocolate, melted

1 tsp baking powder

Rainbow Sprinkles


FROSTING

150g yoghurt of choice

30g chocolate, melted and cooled

Rainbow Sprinkles


METHOD


  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Line brownie tin.

  2. In a medium mixing bowl combine yoghurt, cacao powder and ground oats into a smooth batter.

  3. Fold through melted chocolate, chunks of the Better Being Bars, sprinkles and baking powder

  4. Pour batter into a lined brownie tin and bake for 25 minutes.

  5. While brownies cool prepare frosting by whisking cooled melted chocolate and yoghurt together until light and airy.

  6. Spread frosting over the cooled brownies and top with additional rainbow sprinkles before cutting into squares.


Makes: 9 brownies
