Who knew turning a protein bar into a brownie could feel so RIGHT!
INGREDIENTS:
2 x Hazelnut Fudge Brownie Better Being Bars
50g ground oats or flour of choice
50g chocolate pea protein or almond meal
1 egg or vegan egg replacer
90g Greek yoghurt or non-dairy yoghurt of choice
50g granulated natural sweetener e.g. Natvia
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1tbsp cacao powder
Optional: extra hazelnuts or chocolate chunks

METHOD:
Preheat oven to 180°C
In a mixing bowl, combine oats/flour, protein, sweetener, cacao powder baking soda and baking powder.
Whisk in the egg and yoghurt and combine until the batter is smooth.
Gently fold through crumbled Bars.
Pour batter into a lined loaf or cake tin, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into 15 pieces. Keep refrigerated.
