Strawberry Choc Easter Bark

Indulge in a delightful Easter treat with our Strawberry Chocolate Easter Bark, a heavenly combination of sweet strawberries, rich chocolate infused with Sneaky Wholefoods Dark Chocolate Chip Brownie Mix, and colorful clinkers. This recipe is a surefire way to add a touch of sweetness to your Easter celebrations thanks to our wonderful ambassador Janey!



150g chocolate melts

30ml coconut oil

1 punnet strawberries

1 cup Dark Choc Chip Brownie Better Being Base

Packet of mini eggs (I substituted with clinkers as mini eggs were unavailable)



1. Slice the strawberries and arrange them into six portions on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

2. Melt the chocolate and mix in the coconut oil.

3. Gradually incorporate the brownie baking mix into the melted chocolate.

4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the six portions of strawberries, ensuring each piece is coated.

5. Cut the clinkers into halves and crush a few to create Easter-themed dust.

6. Sprinkle the halved clinkers and dust over the chocolate-covered strawberries.

7. Place the tray in the freezer for 15 minutes to set.

8. Enjoy your delicious treat!
