To celebrate the launch of our new White Choc Funfetti Birthday Cake Better Being Bars Hayley said it seemed necessary to bake it in to a blondie, and we would have to agree!
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Oat Flour
1/2 Cup Almond Meal
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/3 Cup Coconut Oil
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
1 Egg
1/2 Cup white choc chips
1/4 Cup rainbow sprinkles
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 180C and line a loaf tin with baking paper
Add all ingredients except for bar, sprinkles and chocolate in to a bowl and mix until well combined
Stir through bar, sprinkles and chocolate and pour into lined baking tin
Bake for 30 minutes and allow to cool in the tin before slicing⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
