Winter may be over but that doesn't mean warm and soul soothing breakfasts need to be.
Bake up the the breakfast of your dreams in less then 20 minutes!

INGREDIENTS:
1 English muffin or 2 slices of bread, diced
1/2 Apple, diced
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Milk
1/2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Spiced Cinnamon Scroll Better Being Base, measured with your heart
1 heaped Tbsp Coconut Yoghurt
1 Tbsp Vanilla protein powder
METHOD:
Add diced bread and apple to a ramekin or oven safe dish
In a small bowl, whisk together egg, milk and maple syrup. Pour over bread and apple and sprinkle Cinnamon Scroll Mix on top
Cook in an air fryer on 180C for 15 minutes or in the oven for 25-30 minutes
Mix together yoghurt and protein powder and drizzle on top to serve
