Chocolate Ganache Brownie Bliss Balls

If you've got yourself some dark chocolate and butter in the fridge, then all you'll need to make these bliss balls is our Dark Chocolate Brownie Better Being Base.

Silky smooth melted chocolate and butter whipped together with our Base mix makes for fudgy raw brownie bliss balls you'll be poking your head back in the fridge for.

INGREDIENTS:


Bliss Balls:

50g Butter

100g Dark Chocolate

Ganache:

50g Dark Chocolate

25g Butter


METHOD:

  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, gently melt dark chocolate and butter for the bliss balls

  2. Once its silky smooth, take of heat and pour in Better Being Base Mix.

  3. Stir ingredients together until it forms a fudge like dough.

  4. Place mix in refrigerator for 5 minutes to slightly firm.

  5. Remove from refrigerator and roll mix into 30g bliss balls (approx. 10-12)

  6. Melt dark chocolate and butter for the ganache together in clean saucepan and dip the top of each bliss ball into mix, transfer onto tray and allow to set for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
