Looking for an Easter delight? Look no further. If you love fudgy, delicious blondies and hot cross buns then you'll adore these Hot Cross Blondies. They're made with our Spiced Cinnamon Scroll Better Being Base and topped with white chocolate of course.
INGREIDENTS
Blondie:
8 x GF or regular Weet-Bix, crushed
40g vanilla pea protein powder or almond meal
200g yoghurt of choice
40g white chocolate chips or Easter eggs
30-50ml milk
1 tsp baking powder
Topping:
Melted white chocolate
White chocolate or Caramilk Easter eggs
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180°C
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until combined into a batter.
Pour batter into a loaf or brownie tin, and bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool completely before drizzling with white chocolate, topping with white chocolate Easter eggs and cutting into 8 pieces.
Serve and enjoy!
