I feel like the name alone captures how epic this recipe is.
I mean essentially I’ve just taken Banana Bread - which is always a good time anyway, and added a kick of Salted Caramel (in the form of our Blend) and a scattering of Easter Eggs mixed all throughout.
I’ve also made this recipe gluten free and without protein powder, so it’s a little more inclusive for you guys to enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
300g ripe bananas, mashed 3 large eggs, whisked
125g plain or vanilla Greek yoghurt/non-dairy alternative 220g ground oats or GF flour of choice
150g Salted Banana Caramel Better Being Blend
125g granulated natural sweetener or coconut sugar
120g butter/Nuttelex 1 tsp baking powder
50g Easter eggs or choc chips
METHOD:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 2. To a large bowl, add mashed banana, eggs, butter, sweetener and yoghurt. Mix well to combine.
3. In another bowl, combine flour, Blend and baking powder and pour through a sieve into the wet ingredients.
4. Fold through Easter eggs. 5. Pour batter into a lined loaf, and bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown on top. 6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into 12 pieces or frosting (I just used cream cheese mixed with some chocolate pea protein powder). Enjoy!
