A Sweet Slice of Summer: Peaches & Cream Cheesecake Slice

A Sweet Slice of Summer: Peaches & Cream Cheesecake Slice

If you're anything like us at Sneaky, you're always on the lookout for that perfect combo of indulgent and nourishing... and this slice delivers both.

I took our Peaches & Cream Protein Ball Mix (aka your pantry’s MVP) and turned it into a chilled, no-bake dessert that’s equal parts creamy, peachy, and satisfying. With a soft, subtly sweet base, a silky white choc yoghurt layer and fresh peaches on top, it’s your new go-to for when you want a snack that feels like dessert (you can totally eat it as dessert too)

No oven, no fuss, just a quick mix, pour and chill.

Let’s get into it.

Ingredients

Base

1 packet (300g) Sneaky Wholefoods Peaches & Cream Protein Ball Mix

30g vanilla pea protein powder or almond meal

50g Greek yoghurt or Greek-style non-dairy yoghurt

½ cup maple syrup

Filling

300g Greek yoghurt or Greek-style non-dairy yoghurt

200g white chocolate, melted

Topping

100g tinned or fresh peach slices (drained if using tinned)

Method

  1. Mix the layers:
In one bowl, combine all base ingredients. In another, mix the filling ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  2. Press the base:
Press the base mixture firmly into a lined loaf tin or mini cheesecake tray, creating an even layer.
  3. Add the filling:
Pour the creamy filling over the base and smooth out the top.
  4. Top it off:
Place sliced peaches on top and gently press them into the surface.
  5. Set:
Freeze for 1–2 hours, or until completely firm.
  6. Slice & store:
Slice into 8–10 bars. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze individually.
