With my own history and difficult journey with food, health and fitness, I’ve faced countless mental and physical illnesses, challenges and barriers along the way.Â
But through trial and error, support from qualified professionals and my own consistency and persistence, I’ve become the healthiest version of myself. And while the journey certainly isn’t over for me yet either, I know the struggles, the frustrations, and the victories that are inherent along the path to better health.
